Refund policy

We generally do not accept product returns. The customer can keep, donate or recycle the purchases they receive from our store. In our store's sole discretion for return, refund or exchange our customers have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If item return option is available, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If refund option is granted you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and provide an acceptable reason for return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@wheils.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we specify to the customer at the time return option is granted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for closeout or liquidation products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with our customer service center if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have or be issued the refund, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
In addition to the above, no merchandise is being shipped into the European Union by us, so this does not apply. We sell products in the US in the state of California only.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
